Cherry Creek invests in a new search tool to fully understand what their customers want
Cherry Creek Mortgage Company (CCMC) has teamed up with cloud company Yext to upgrade its website.
The company implemented Yext's new site-search product, Yext Answers, to provide customers with accurate brand information directly on Cherry Creek's site.
"Answers is intelligent enough to tell us exactly what customers are asking for and to offer the answer directly in search results," said David Arnett, vice president of marketing and communications at Cherry Creek Mortgage. "We can only serve our customers best if we know what they want."
Arnett said that implementing Answers will reduce guesswork and enable CCMC to fully understand its customers using a search tool that can understand complex customer questions about the company's mortgage loan officers, programs, and more.
