The seasoned operations executive has been in the home lending business for two decades
Rick Hogle, former Supreme Lending executive, has taken on a new role at Cherry Creek Mortgage.
Cherry Creek has welcomed Hogle as its new chief revenue officer. Hogle will oversee the growth and overall performance of the company’s retail operations while supporting other business channels. He will also be responsible for developing a recruiting platform and coaching associates.
Before making the switch to Cherry Creek, Hogle served as the chief strategy officer of Supreme Lending. During his nearly 15-year tenure at Supreme, he held various leadership positions, including chief operations officer, director of operations, vice president of national production, and regional manager. Earlier in his career, Hogle was a branch manager at New Century Mortgage.
“Rick prides himself in successfully unifying both sales and operational teams and creating an understanding that one cannot be successful without the other,” said Rick Seehausen, CEO of Cherry Creek Mortgage. “We are thrilled to be bringing on a dynamic change agent who will continue to build on the unity between our operations and sales units and instill a culture and vision that aligns everyone in the organization to achieve a common goal.”
