The integration allows loan officers and real estate agents to share customer feedback
Mortgage software provider Continuity Programs has announced the integration its real estate marketing and mortgage customer relationship management (CRM) software with Testimonial Tree’s online reputation-management system.
With the integration, loan officers and real estate agents will be able to share customer feedback between the two platforms, as well as on social media. Both platforms collect testimonials from agents and loan officers through client satisfaction surveys.
