The companies join forces as part of an ongoing effort to support realtors amid COVID-19
Curbio has announced a partnership with Kleard that would help realtors market listings renovated by Curbio to prospective buyers while social distancing during the coronavirus pandemic.
Through the partnership, real estate agents can get complimentary access to Kleard's self-tour technology and the Kleard Now app. Curbio said it is covering 100% of the cost of the installation and access to Kleard's technology.
In addition to Kleard's remote home tours, Curbio offers no-contact renovations, as well as free digital marketing support and onsite safety protocols.
"Curbio's approach to pre-sale renovation is designed to give agents back their most valuable asset—their time," says Rikki Rogers, vice president of marketing at Curbio. "With Kleard, we're able to extend that time-savings by helping agents more efficiently – and securely – interact with interested buyers."
The partnership also makes it easier for realtors to list properties on the Kleard Now app. After Curbio's onsite project manager installs a smart lock, the agent only has to download the app and pair the smart lock to the listing, which becomes visible to buyers and is ready to be self-toured.
"We're excited to partner with Curbio. We love their concept, and with our new partnership, agents will be able to offer self-tours on their listings that can help get more showings, receive more offers, sell homes faster, and help encourage social distancing," said Jonathan Martis, CEO and co-founder of Kleard. "We also admire the fact that not only will Curbio be footing the bill for the Kleard Now compatible smart lock and activation, but they will also be installing the deadbolt for improved user experience."
