Program allows realtors to close deals they would otherwise lose to iBuyers
Residential sale leaseback platform EasyKnock has launched a referral program that allows realtors to close deals they would otherwise lose to instant buyers (known as iBuyers).
EasyKnock’s “MoveAbility for Realtors” program provides a revenue-generating bridge tool that allows realtors to secure a client, receive commission upfront, and close more deals. Through the referral program, the referring realtor secures an instant commission of 1% with a guaranteed six-month exclusive listing, and their client receives the money they need to make a down payment on their next house without first having to move.
“Existing mortgage balances and contingent offers make it increasingly difficult for sellers to close on their next home,” said Jarred Kessler, founder and chief executive officer of EasyKnock. “MoveAbility for Realtors makes it easy for clients to purchase their next home without a rushed move. We developed MoveAbility for Realtors because they are an integral part of the American home selling process. Instant offers and iBuyers have been cutting realtors out of the picture. Now we are putting the power back in their hands. Through our referral program, realtors can finally stop losing clients or deals, and even provide an elevated experience for their clients.”
