The tech company makes a name in the digital closing industry
Digital closing tech provider eMortgageLaw has changed its name to eClosePlus as part of its rebranding efforts.
The company, which offers eClosing products for the mortgage and title industries, wants its name to reflect its specialization in digital closing. eClosePlus also provides remote online notarization capabilities that allow borrowers to notarize closing documents over the internet.
"Over the past several years, our proprietary online closing technology has empowered our clients to provide the fast, convenient closings today's borrowers are seeking," said eClosePlus CEO Allan Polunsky. "Our new name truly captures our commitment to continue delivering a much more efficient, modern and completely digital closing experience."
The company offers its proprietary technology as a software-as-a-service, which is accessible online. Some of its eClosing offerings include hybrid eClosings, SMARTNotes, eVault storage, and automatic MERS registrations.
