Mortgage pro will oversee the company’s St. Augustine branch in Florida
First Community Mortgage (FCM) has announced the appointment of mortgage veteran Cassidy Spencer as vice president and branch manager of its St. Augustine, Fla. branch.
The mortgage pro brings nearly two decades of industry experience and is licensed across the country. Spencer provides a full range of residential mortgage products, including purchases, refinance, construction and home equity loans, and is an expert at helping clients with first-time homebuyer programs, conventional financing and VA, Jumbo, FHA and USDA programs. Before joining FCM, Spencer served as a mortgage loan originator at the Reunion Bank of Florida.

Spencer’s appointment followed the news of FCM’s acquisition of A Mortgage Boutique. The mortgage lender has rebranded its wholesale division as AMB Wholesale.
