Flagstar Bank taps mortgage vet as executive vice president

Mortgage originator and servicer Flagstar Bank has tapped mortgage professional Jason Lee as executive vice president and head of the bank’s secondary marketing and capital markets.

In his new roles, Lee will oversee all secondary marketing activities, which include trading, hedging, marketing of residential mortgage-backed securities, pricing, margin management, and loan delivery.

With over 20 years of mortgage experience, he has held executive positions at some of the largest mortgage originators in the country. Lee has served as senior vice president of capital markets at Northpointe Bank, Caliber Home Loans, and Freedom Mortgage.
