Loan information is accessible through any device
Freedom Mortgage, a non-bank full-service mortgage company, has announced that it will implement Sagent Lending Technologies’ LoanServ Account Connect as its borrower self-service portal.
The implementation will enable mortgage and credit line borrowers to access their loan information in real time through any device. Borrowers can control their finances, view and pay their billing statements, manage loan details, and see payoff estimates. In addition, they can submit requests related to property damage, dropping mortgage insurance coverage, and loss mitigation through the portal.
