GSF Mortgage has formed a new branch in Sarasota, Fla.
GSF Mortgage has announced the formation of a new branch in Sarasota, Fla.
The branch will be run by industry vet Ruth Watkins, who will be joined by loan originators Joshua Rosensweet and Pat Tiso.

Watkins brings more than three decades of experience to GSF. Starting her career as a junior processor, she has since gained knowledge of all facets of the industry. Watkins founded Florida’s first independent processing agency.
Rosensweet graduated magna cum laude from the University of New Mexico. He has 11 years of experience as a loan originator. Tiso, a 30-year industry vet, has owned two independent mortgage companies himself.
