GSF Mortgage has welcomed a new branch in Bela Cynwyd, Penn. The branch will be managed by real estate services veteran Keave Slomine.
Slomine, a University of Florida graduate, started his career as an underwriter. In 1999, he started his own mortgage company, eventually managing up to 18 originators. He works in conjunction with a title company he co-founded and is also a real estate agent with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.
With a grass-roots approach to business, Slomine handles his clients one at a time and face-to-face.
“Every great business is based on friendship,” he said.
“Keave will be working mainly on the real estate side while managing his branch,” said Mike Maida, GSF national sales director. “He brings valuable customer and business development knowledge.”
