GSF Mortgage has announced the opening of its second branch in Tennessee
GSF Mortgage has announced the opening of its second branch in Tennessee. The branch, located in Hixson, Tenn., will be managed by Samantha Klaburner.
Klaburner, a graduate of the University of Tennessee and Blackstone School of Law, has been translating and negotiating contracts since the age of 12, when her family immigrated to the United States from Greece. Since immigrating, her entire family has worked in real estate and Klaburner obtained her own real estate license in 1998. She has also worked as an independent insurance agent.
Klaburner has received many accolades and awards throughout her career. In 2009, the National Notary Association named her a Notary of the Year Special Honoree for her commitment to the safety and wellbeing of Tennessee families.
She’s also active in charity work, supporting the Battered and Abused Women’s Shelter and doing outreach and support for the families and loved ones of those affected by brain cancer. She also co-founded the National Association for the Safety of Teenage Drivers.
“Samantha is truly versed in the many facets of the mortgage industry,” said Mike Maida, GSF’s national sales director. “The wealth of valuable knowledge she brings along with her deep roots in the community will ensure her success in any market. We look forward to helping her thrive.”
