GSF has opened a second branch in Sarasota, Fla.
GSF Mortgage has opened a second branch in Sarasota, Fla. The branch will be managed by Kelly Oatsvall, joined by mortgage originator Warren Herman.
Oatsvall, a 14-year industry veteran, started in the business as a pre-processor before becoming an originator.
Herman, who brings 35 years of experience to GSF, began his career at a bank before transitioning to sales for John Hancock Insurance. Later he worked as a mortgage broker and a real estate agent before transitioning to commercial lending. He and Oatsvall have worked together for 10 years.
“Kelly and Warren bring a great working relationship. Their ability to strategize in order to get loans closed is a considerable benefit for their customers,” said Mike Maida, GSF national sales director. “Combined, they have extensive knowledge of the industry. They are a welcomed addition to our GSF family.”
