Guaranteed Rate has expanded its footprint in Georgia with the opening of its new branch in Hiram, Ga.
With the addition of the new branch, Guaranteed Rate appointed Dena Humphries as branch manager. Humphries brings over 27 years of mortgage lending experience to the role.
“The grand opening of the Hiram branch is a reflection of Guaranteed Rate’s growth throughout the state of Georgia,” said Derik Taylor, regional sales manager at Guaranteed Rate. “We continue to see increased opportunity and have hired a talented local team that knows the Hiram and surrounding areas homebuyer community well. We are excited to be building a team with the best of the best. Humphries has a history of building tremendous success with customers and partners in the area, and we are thrilled to have her on board.”
The company also tapped three mortgage professionals to join Humphries’ team: Vikki Cantrell, mortgage consultant; Sally Dixon, loan coordinator; and Alyssa Daugherty, sales assistant.
