The new EVP brings nearly 20 years of expertise in mortgage operations

Nations Lending has announced that former Guaranteed Rate Affinity exec Jim Collier joined the company’s leadership team as executive vice president of operations.
In his new role, Collier will lead all management aspects of the firm’s home loan process. He was executive vice president of fulfillment operations at Guaranteed Rate before joining Nations Lending.
"Jim brings extensive experience to the table, along with a proven track record of process improvement, coaching, and getting winning results," said Jeremy Sopko, co-founder and chief executive officer of Nations Lending. "He's going to be a great mentor for his teams and a great partner on the Leadership team. We couldn't be more excited for Jim to come on board and mold our Operations teams for future success."
Collier has also managed operations teams at several banks and independent mortgage banking companies in his 20 years in the mortgage industry.
