The company plans to expand geographically in response to the contracting market
HighTechLending, doing business as AmericanSenior, has announced that it hired Adrian Prieto and Nancy Davidson and promoted Joan Imelio as part of its strategy to grow its reverse business in 2018.
"Even in this tremulous time effecting production and profitability, HighTechLending remains steadfastly committed to the reverse industry,” HighTechLending President Don Currie said. “In order to combat the contracting market, we will be expanding geographically and have hired key experienced individuals to augment the growth of our branch locations and wholesale division nationwide."
Prieto was appointed as vice president of wholesale and retail branching nationwide. He will be tasked with expanding reverse loan production through retail branching and expanding wholesale market share.
The hire aligns with HighTechLending’s new focus on offering price and service to experienced producers. The company initially focused on attracting new brokers.
Davidson joins the company as vice president of reverse operations. She brings more than 28 years of experience in the mortgage industry, serving in operational management roles in forward and reverse mortgage. Davidson is also a DE underwriter with proficiency in HECM, VA, conventional, and FHA.
Imelio was promoted to vice president of secondary marketing, broker relations, product and system development, and reverse training. She will be responsible for the reverse secondary marketing division.
