The exec brings deep expertise to the newly created role
Home Point Financial has announced the appointment of former Capsilon exec Ginger as its chief experience officer.
"Over the last decade, Ginger has helped disruptive companies in real estate and mortgage push the boundaries of innovation to deliver better experiences for consumers, loan officers, and real estate agents," said Willie Newman, chief executive officer of Home Point Financial. "We're excited to leverage Ginger's deep expertise to achieve our mission and deliver exceptional experiences to Home Point Financial's entire community, including its borrowers, brokers, partners, and associates."
Before joining Home Point, Wilcox was a senior vice president at Capsilon, a mortgage software provider. She also played a part in the founding team of mortgage start-up Sindeo, where she served as a chief marketing officer and chief industry officer. She was the head of industry marketing and relations at Trulia prior to that.
