New arrival brings three decades of extensive industry experience
Homespire Mortgage has made headway in its Southwest expansion plans with the appointment of Dave Purdy as regional manager.
Purdy brings nearly 30 years of mortgage industry experience to his new role. He will help Homespire grow its reach in Kansas, Colorado, New Mexico and other major markets in the Southwest region. Purdy will also be responsible for securing top talent to support the company’s expansion plans.

Commenting on his appointment, Purdy said: “I look forward to being part of Homespire’s strategic expansion. Homespire’s technology, talent and culture of supporting its employees will fuel our growth in these new territories.”
Purdy’s 30-year mortgage career includes time spent at Planet Home Lending, Corridor Mortgage, Homestar Financial, and Utah-based Castle & Cooke Mortgage, where he most recently served as regional sales manager.
