Added features automate income analysis
Indecomm Global Services, provider of mortgage technology and outsourcing services, has added new features to its income-calculation software, including income analysis for mortgage loan programs.
The company expanded the capabilities of its IncomeGenius software to enable optional income calculations for a third-year of self-employment. Aside from mortgage loan programs, the third-year income calculation module was also designed for borrowers with types of income that require a three-year history.
"The new automated features in IncomeGenius allow mortgage lenders to calculate income from borrower-provided documents from the vast majority of their loan pipeline, regardless of employment type," said Rajan Nair, chief executive officer of financial services at Indecomm Global Services. "These changes are part of our evolutionary journey to provide the mortgage lending industry with solutions that automate significant parts of the mortgage process."
