To be named as a top workplace is an achievement – to receive the accolade for a third year is evidence that one mortgage company is doing it right.
Inlanta Mortgage has been named a Top Workplace for 2015 by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, making it the third year that the company has received the prestigious award.
“Inlanta’s success story isn’t about numbers or revenue,” says Jan Priem, Inlanta Mortgage’s director of human resources. “It's about the people who work here and what we accomplish together - helping people purchase or refinance a home. It’s evident by this award that our people like what they do and are proud to be a part of something so meaningful.”
The Top Workplace honors are awarded to companies whose employees have rated their companies highly in categories such as leadership, direction, ethics, culture, training and benefits. Top Workplace award winners do not know whether their employees have rated them favorably until a third party collects and reviews all results.
In addition to being named a Top Workplace by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Inlanta has been consistently recognized as one of the “50 Best Mortgage Companies to Work For” by Mortgage Executive Magazine, and one of the country’s “Top Mortgage Employers” by National Mortgage Professional.
And according to Priem, there is room for more to join the Inlanta workforce.
“The company continues to grow and is seeking experienced loan officers and branch managers,” says Priem. “In addition to sales professionals, we’re accepting applications for experienced loan processors, underwriters and other administrative mortgage positions.”
Headquartered in Brookfield, Wis., Inlanta Mortgage is a privately owned independent mortgage banking company established in 1993. The company has grown to 34 branches in 16 states, with some nearly 250 employees.
