The new manager will lead the firm’s training initiatives and tech advancement
Inlanta Mortgage has promoted Andrea Puricelli as manager of its production engagement resource center (PERC).
Puricelli will lead Inlanta’s new business unit where she’ll be responsible for the management and development of organizational sales resources. Puricelli will also oversee the department’s efforts in conducting training initiatives across business groups and enhancing the company’s use of technology for its products and services.
“This new business unit is just one more way Inlanta strives to go above and beyond in supporting our loan professionals in ways that are unique to our industry,” said Paul Buege, president and chief operating officer of Inlanta Mortgage. “I’m incredibly pleased to have Andrea, who is already a proven professional and leader, managing this new group that we feel is a true game-changer in how we support our loan officers.”
