Neil Soskin appointed as senior vice president at InvenTrust Properties
Commercial REIT InvenTrust Properties has tapped industry vet Neil Soskin as its senior vice president for portfolio management, according to a news release.
Soskin is a former vice president of real estate at commercial property company Primestor Development.
“We are pleased to welcome Neil to the InvenTrust team,” said David F. Collins, InvenTrust executive vice president of portfolio management said. “Neil is a terrific fit, bringing years of experience in investment, portfolio management, operations, development and leasing, which will help advance our strategic plan. We are confident that Neil will help bring the InvenTrust portfolio to the next level.”
An accounting and finance graduate from the University of Michigan and a masters in real estate, strategy from UC Berkeley, Soskin served as vice president at three companies:
Primestor Development Inc.; Weingarten Realty Investors and at SCORE! Educational Centers.
