The acquisition allows Landtech to make tech advancements and add value to customers
In a move that expands its offering, title management platform provider AccuTitle has acquired Florida-based Landtech Data.
Landtech, a settlement software company, adds key states to AccuTitle’s offering as well as grows its client base to more than two thousand title organizations. Landtech employees will work with the AccuTitle team to help drive AccuTitle’s cloud-based title closing software, TitleFusion.
Landtech said that it aims to improve the closing process for title agents by aligning with AccuTitle and offering a cloud-based product to their clients.
