Division’s goal is to avoid issues that could occur in translation
LeaderOne Financial has announced the launch of a Spanish-language division and brand to provide home loan services to the Hispanic community.
The mortgage lender’s new Generaciones division aims to make the lending process smoother for Spanish-speaking clients and their realtors. The division has a dedicated Spanish-speaking regional operations center operating with a team of mortgage professionals fluent in the language and familiar with the Hispanic market.
According to LeaderOne, the goal is to avoid issues that could occur in translation, giving borrowers greater peace of mind when purchasing or refinancing their home.
"We are so excited to launch Generaciones," said Eric Orozco, vice president at LeaderOne. "We saw an underserved yet growing segment of the market and aim to make their mortgage experience more comfortable by eliminating language barriers and the challenges those create."
The mortgage lender currently has over 560 employees, which includes over 420 licensed mortgage loan originators licensed in 46 states. With over 80 branch locations in 26 states, LeaderOne funded over $1.83 billion in 2018.
