A nationwide FHA lender has brought an industry veteran onboard as its new national sales manager
NXTLoan / First American Mortgage Trust, a nationwide FHA lender specializing in home rehabilitation loans, has announced that Rob Philion has joined the team as director of sales and national sales manager.
Philion has more than 14 years of leadership experience at financial institutions. At NXTLoan, he will be responsible for sales strategy pertaining to wholesale and correspondent channels.
NXTLoan president Barry Polack praised Philion's experience, which includes stints at Wells Fargo and Citibank.
“Rob will greatly contribute to the continued growth at NXTLoan,” Polack said. “He is a top producer and has a proven record of fostering strong business relationships, which is key in serving a niche market like FHA loans. Rob will provide new and existing sales staff with the leadership today’s changing mortgage market requires.
