The new site will support the company's wholesale and direct business
loanDepot has announced the opening of a new operations site in Chandler, Ariz., marking the company’s continued growth within the state and across the country.
The new operations center will be home to mortgage origination professionals such as loan processors, underwriters, and closers, who will support loanDepot’s wholesale, direct, and retail efforts.
The company has appointed Andrew Hutcherson, vice president of operations, to take charge of loanDepot Wholesale in Arizona, along with Matt Bowers, site operations leader, Jeff Carter, vice president of underwriting, and Corey Williams, site underwriting leader. Vice president of Underwriting Matthew Wimer will oversee production operations for loanDepot Direct.
