The company, which is headquartered in Dallas, was honored by the Dallas Business Journal, which worked with an independent research firm to make its selections based on responses from employees.

From our visually pleasing office décor to our associate appreciation events, we believe in investing in the things that make our associates happy.”
“This has been the best employment experience in my 23 years in the mortgage industry,” said Dena Guidry, products specialist for Supreme Lending. “The work environment is one of camaraderie because the associates are happy to be here. And management is appreciative, inspiring and supportive. I’ve only been here three weeks and already I love it. I cannot imagine working anywhere else.”
