CoreLogic’s print-and-ship service aims to reduce manual shipping-related risks
Mortgage Cadence has announced that the users of its Enterprise Lending Center (ELC) can now secure the delivery of their documents through its integration with CoreLogic.
The mortgage tech provider has integrated ELC with CoreLogic’s Print and Slip secure document delivery product. The integration allows ELC users who contract with CoreLogic to cut down manual processes and barriers in delivering documents.
“We’re very pleased to bring our ELC clients this CoreLogic functionality, as it helps them mitigate risk and lower their cost to originate,” Mortgage Cadence Managing Director Bryan Ireton said. “Having one-click access to CoreLogic’s Print and Ship solution helps expedite delivery of critical mortgage documents and reduce risks related to manual shipping processes.”
The integration also enables lenders to press the “print and ship” button and automatically start the process – skipping various traditional mailroom processes. In addition, lenders can receive reports and receipt of shipping data through the CoreLogic AuthoMail functionality.
CoreLogic offers automated same-day print-and-ship services, e-delivery functionalities, and output return files across the US.
“CoreLogic is excited to extend functionality for Mortgage Cadence clients by providing access to one of the most automated print-and-ship services in the industry,” said Sapan Bafna, a senior leader for advanced delivery engines at CoreLogic. “Our comprehensive reporting and clients-first project management approach helps facilitate enhanced levels of performance and efficiency.”
