The new branch manager has over 20 years of experience in mortgage banking
Mortgage lender radius financial group has tapped Lee Johnson as loan officer and manager of its branch in Cumming, Ga., as part of its expansion in the state.
With more than 20 years of mortgage banking experience, Johnson brings extensive knowledge on mortgage sales, operations, and product innovation to his position.
"Lee is a key addition to the radius team, and will make an immediate impact with our clients, partners and employees," said radius co-founder Sarah Valentini. "Lee's natural leadership qualities, coupled with his proven ability to think critically and respond strategically in a dynamic environment, will play a pivotal role as our organization expands in this important region. His passion, drive and commitment will strengthen our mission of 'Making Mortgages Better' as we strive to be the most reputable and trustworthy independent mortgage bank on the Eastern Seaboard."
The appointment followed the firm’s recent announcement that it is now licensed in 13 states: Connecticut, the District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, and Virginia.
"This massive accrual of additional licenses is intended to cement our position as one of the dominant mortgage lending firms on the eastern seaboard," said radius co-founder Keith Polaski. "We look forward to bringing our exceptional customer service, innovative products and engaging corporate culture to even more areas of the United States through this expansion."
