Industry stalwart brings three decades of experience
Motto Mortgage has expanded its presence with a new franchise in Santa Clarita, Calif. Motto Mortgage Planning is now open and serves borrowers throughout the state.
The new branch is led by Patrick Raach, a seasoned real estate and mortgage professional with over three decades of experience. Raach also owns Realty ONE Group Success, positioning him to provide clients with both real estate and mortgage services under one roof.
“Motto Mortgage Planning offers an advantageous alternative to the traditional mortgage bankers currently operating in Santa Clarita,” Raach said. “We provide the scope, scale and support of a large retail lender, while offering the flexibility, autonomy and exceptional service of a local mortgage broker that knows how to navigate the intricacies of the home buying process in your market.”

Trent Boser, also a seasoned industry veteran with 25 years of experience, will serve as mortgage loan originator and branch manager. Boser’s expertise covers a wide array of loan programs, including FHA, VA, conventional, and non-qualified mortgages.
“I am excited to step into this role as a loan originator and branch manager at Motto Mortgage Planning. I have honed my expertise in a wide range of financing options to help serve a wide range of borrowers,” Boser said in the company’s Press release. “I take great pride in guiding my clients through the complex mortgage process and finding the best possible solutions to meet their unique needs.”
