The company's recent expansion shows continued momentum
Motto Franchising has reached another major milestone with the sale of its 200th Motto Mortgage franchise.
The company has seen growth of over 60 franchises in the past year 12 months alone. This accomplishment marked its best stretch of annual franchise sales ever, given that sales efforts were mostly virtual during the second quarter due to the coronavirus lockdown, according to the firm.
"We are enthusiastic about the expansion momentum of the Motto Mortgage brand, as well as the continued diversification of ownership across a multitude of leading real estate brokerage brands, and we plan to continue to invest in Motto's future growth and success," said Ward Morrison, president of Motto Franchising. "Two hundred franchises sold is a huge accomplishment and major milestone for any franchise brand regardless of industry, but especially when you consider it took us less than four years to accomplish."
In addition to franchise sales achievements, Motto Mortgage was named on the Entrepreneur Franchise 500 list, as a 2020 Top New franchise brand, as well as a 2020 Fastest-Growing Franchise, and as a Franchise Business Review Top 200 Franchise of 2020.
