The new exec will also serve as chief information officer
Missouri-based NASB Financial, Inc., the unitary thrift holding company for mortgage lender North American Savings Bank, has announced the appointment of Tim Bachta as its executive vice president and chief information officer.
Prior to his appointment, Bachta served for three years as chief information technology officer of Shamrock Trading Corporation in Overland Park, Kansas. Bachta also held leadership roles at Sprint, Assurant, and NIC.
"NASB is focused on improving the customer experience at all touchpoints,” said Paul Thomas, chief executive officer of NASB. “Tim's addition to the executive team will play a central role in formulating future business and IT strategies to continue these efforts.”
Bachta said he looked forward to bringing improved technology solutions to NASB's customers.
