94% of employees surveyed rated the lender as a great place to work
New American Funding was recently named a “best workplace” by Fortune and Great Place to Work. This is the fifth consecutive year the California-based lender has made the list.
New American Funding ranked No. 25 in the large company category and was named a “Best Workplace in Financial Services & Insurance”.
To compile the list, Great Place to Work surveyed more than 782,000 employees at lending financial organizations. Employees responded anonymously to more than 60 survey questions rating their employers. Key areas included:
- Leadership strength
- Pride in their organization
- Opportunities for professional growth
- Work-life balance
Among the New American Funding employees surveyed for the list, 94% said they believed that the company was a great place to work.
New American Funding CEO Rick Arvielo credited the company’s “NAF360” company culture, which nurtures “an atmosphere of 360 degrees of trust and respect,” for the recognition.
“Making Best Workplace in Financial Services and Insurance list for the fifth consecutive year is such a great honor,” Arvielo said. “This award recognition reflects out NAF360 company culture that our employees strongly promote, as we go above and beyond not only to support our borrowers, but also each other as well.”
