The integration speeds up purchase time and improves transparency
National mortgage lender NewRez has integrated with Ellie Mae’s Encompass Investor Connect, a product that streamlines workflows between lenders and correspondent investors.
With the integration, NewRez can ensure the delivery of accurate and complete loan packages between lenders and correspondent investors due to Encompass Investor Workflow’s secure system-to-system workflows.
Lisa Schreiber, senior vice president of correspondent lending at NewRez, said that Encompass Investor Connect will “greatly improve the time it takes to purchase loans, reducing conditions on deliveries.”
