Norcom Mortgage has announced that its wholesale division will operate completely in-house. All wholesale account executives will work from the company’s corporate office in Avon, Connecticut.
The change will ensure that Norcom account executives will be available when originators need them, according to Norcom. With wholesale account executives working in close proximity to underwriters, processors and closers, Norcom can place a strong emphasis on timely customer service and provide quicker response times on questions and loan scenarios.
"We have always prided ourselves on how well our account executives serve the needs of their partners,” said Tom Pellicone, Norcom’s vice president of wholesale lending. “With everyone reporting to one location, we will be able to take that to the next level by having more direct access to our underwriting and processing departments.”
