The new exec comes to the company from Stearns Lending
Planet Home Lending has announced the appointment of Suzy Lindblom as chief operating officer.
Lindblom joined Planet Home in 2017 as the architect of its operations platform. She later served as the company’s executive vice president of national operations.
Before Planet Home, Lindblom was managing director of national fulfillment and operations at Stearns Lending. She has also held roles at MetLife Bank, Bank of America, CitiMortgage, and Countrywide Home Loans.
"Suzy has a great deal of experience in developing process efficiencies in an organization. She finds areas for potential cost savings while keeping customer service levels and loan quality high," said Michael Dubeck, president and chief executive officer of Planet Financial Group. "While her main responsibilities at Planet have included our retail and loan retention fulfillment channels, she also has been active in building and recruiting retail branches," Dubeck said. "She kept loans moving through the pipeline efficiently even as our volume quadrupled from December 2017 to December 2018."
