Mortgage lenders can now share data between Encompass with PollyEx’s platform
PollyEx, a provider of SaaS technology for the mortgage industry, has integrated its Loan Trading Exchange with Ellie Mae’s Encompass digital lending platform.
With the integration, lenders can share data between the two platforms. The company described the Loan Trading Exchange as a cloud-based platform that connects buyers and sellers of mortgage loans to maximize efficiency during the loan process.
Additionally, PollyEx’s Loan Trading Exchange allows lenders to share their for-sale pipeline from Encompass, as well as receive loan-level pricing and other settlement data upon loan commitment.
"PollyEx is thrilled to partner with Ellie Mae on our next-generation loan trading platform," said Adam Carmel, founder and chief executive officer of PollyEx. "Remarkably, loan trading is often conducted via phone, email and spreadsheets. With our secure, seamless integration with Encompass, PollyEx is powering the mortgage loan sales process with innovative technology designed by our team of mortgage industry professionals. We look forward to a long, successful partnership with Ellie Mae."
