New executive will oversee affordable credit and loan underwriting activities
RED Mortgage Capital has announced the appointment of D. Edward Greene as chief underwriter for affordable housing.
Greene will be based out of the firm’s Reston, Va., office and will oversee all affordable credit and loan underwriting activities. Greene most recently served as senior managing director of underwriting and credit at Freddie Mac. He also held positions in operational risk management, enterprise risk management, and credit risk management in his 10 years at the GSE.
