The appraisal firm wants to deliver more valuable data to its mortgage lender customers
Reggora has announced that it has partnered with GoodData, an analytics management company, to help mortgage lenders become more strategic in their appraisal workflows.
Reggora and GoodData teamed up to automate the process of consolidating and analyzing residential appraisal reports. Through the partnership, lenders will be able to explore their data using a simple drag-and-drop interface through Reggora’s mortgage appraisal platform.
The integration gives lenders more visibility and control over their appraisal operations data, as well as enabling them to better manage their appraisal logistics and relationships with vendors.
“As part of our mission to drastically reduce turn-times and help the industry deliver a seamless one-click mortgage, we’re excited to empower our lender customers with more valuable and actionable data,” said Will Denslow, co-founder and chief technology officer of Reggora. “As we look forward, this data opens the door for us to offer even more customized automation and intelligence across our appraisal platform.”
“GoodData has partnered with some of the most innovative software companies in the world, and we are thrilled to be working with Reggora on its mission to deliver world-class analytics to its lender customers. We look forward to being a part of their journey to change the real estate valuation experience,” said Roman Stanek, co-founder and CEO of GoodData.
