Chicago-based Neighborhood Lending Services provides capital for low-to-moderate income customers
RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing, one of the nation's largest non-bank mortgage servicing companies, has been selected as a subservicing partner by Chicago-based Neighborhood Lending Services.
Neighborhood Lending Services, Illinois’ largest nonprofit mortgage lender, is an affiliate of Neighborhood Housing Services of Chicago, a nonprofit neighborhood revitalization organization that provides homeownership education classes and fixed-rate loans to purchase, refinance or rehab. Over the past 43 years, Neighborhood Housing Services has served more than 228,000 clients, created more than 5,000 homeowners and saved more than 10,000 homes from foreclosure.
