Industry expert brings 25 years of mortgage experience

National mortgage provider ServiceLink has announced the appointment of Tim Gillis as its new vice president of capital market sales.
Gillis brings to the role 25 years in the mortgage services and origination industry, where he has built long-standing relationships with several top originators, aggregators, servicers, and capital providers.
Before ServiceLink, Gillis held leadership roles at BSI Financial Services, Aurora Loan Servicer, and GB Home Equity.
“We’re thrilled to have Tim on our team. His extensive contacts and knowledge within the capital markets and single-family rental space add additional depth to our default sales team. His expertise allows us to leverage our services to that marketplace,” said Miriam Moore, division president of default services at ServiceLink.
