Lenders can automatically pass on loan info for marketing campaigns
Digital mortgage platform SimpleNexus has announced that lenders can now sync data between SimpleNexus and non-integrated third-party systems in real-time.
The company’s addition of new application program interface (API) and webhooks lets SimpleNexus sync with systems such as customer relationship management (CRM) platforms and loan origination systems (LOS) that are not integrated with its platform.
Lenders can then relay loan application data from SimpleNexus’ digital mortgage app to a CRM for automated marketing campaigns. The API also automatically updates the company whenever a lender makes any organizational changes in its LOS or other systems of record.
