Moats has worked with Simplifile for nearly 13 years
Simplifile, a real estate documentation and technologies provider for mortgage lenders, has elevated Mark Moats to vice president of national accounts.
In this new role, Moats will be responsible for securing and growing the company’s national and regional settlement agent relationships for e-recording and collaboration services.
Moats has served as a regional sales director in Simplifile for almost 13 years. With over 20 years of experience in the title-related fields, he was previously the president and owner of MortgagePro Financial Services.
“Mark’s priority is to assure our continued dominance in the e-recording space with an assigned book of business based on parent organization relationships and decision-making,” said Vicki DiPasquale, vice president of sales at Simplifile. “As we have seen, there are mergers and acquisitions throughout the country that have created a need for someone who can dedicate their time to creating a business-to-business relationship with these growing companies that is about more than just the price of the next e-recording document."
