The company sees an opportunity to improve offerings by aligning its team and technology
Carrington Retail Group has appointed industry veteran John Nicholas as its chief technology officer, Carrington Holding Company announced.
The company has also promoted Ryan Dranginis to head of marketing and Christopher Gordon to head of operations, both within its consumer retail group. Carrington Retail is the direct-to-consumer division that integrates real estate, lending, and title services of Carrington Holding Company.
Nicholas was most recently senior vice president of product at online real estate marketplace Ten-X. Earlier in his career, he founded and served as CEO of Channel Software, which was acquired by Ten-X subsidiary Auction.com in 2015.
Dranginis has been with Carrington for three years and was most recently vice president of business technology. He previously worked on the development of the company's platform that connects real estate, lending, and title services for consumers and agents. Gordon was most recently vice president of business operations and strategy. He has held a variety of roles throughout The Carrington Companies after joining the company in 2012.
