TFS customers can now access their home and loan information on Black Knight’s platform

Housing finance firm Triad Financial Services has implemented Black Knight’s suite of servicing technologies, including its MSP system and Servicing Digital tool.
Black Knight’s Servicing Digital platform will provide Triad customers with detailed, personalized loan information about the value of their homes and how much wealth they can get from these real estate assets. Its MSP system will support Triad’s servicing for first mortgages, home equity loans, and lines of credit.
"As we continue to focus on expanding our servicing operations, it became clear to us that MSP was the only solution available with the scalability to easily accommodate our expected growth," said Mike Tolbert, executive vice president of Triad Financial Services.
Triad said it would also use several offerings within Black Knight’s Actionable Intelligence Platform and McDash, which offers access to a dataset of existing mortgages and historical data.
