Black Knight’s Home Price Index reported a 0.2% increase for U.S. home prices last month and a 5.7% year-over-year increase.

New York, for the fifth consecutive month, took the lead in monthly home price appreciation with a 1.1% increase from October to November.
However, Florida and Tennessee cities made up eight out of the 10 metro areas despite New York topping the list.
