The tool is “an easy way” for lenders to match non-QM products to their borrowers' needs, exec says
Verus Mortgage Capital (VMC), a full-service correspondent investor offering residential non-QM and investor rental programs, has launched a new loan scenario tool on its website.
The scenario tool allows mortgage lenders to enter their borrower’s credit score, loan-to-value ratio, loan amount, property type, and other information. The tool will then display all relevant Verus non-QM loan program results.
“As a leading non-QM issuer, we are committed to offering lenders flexible funding options for their borrowers who don’t fit into conventional profiles, and this tool is an easy way for them to see if we have a non-QM program that matches their borrowers’ needs,” said Dane Smith, president of VMC.
VMC purchases loans in all 50 states and the District of Columbia, focusing solely on the non-agency market. The company also recently announced the launch of a jumbo prime product and a commercial real estate division.
