The firm taps two industry professionals to lead origination and sales in its Philadelphia division
Walker & Dunlop has announced the expansion of its property sales team in the Mid-Atlantic with the addition of senior vice presidents David Beyel and Christopher Egan.
The new executives will be responsible for leading the origination and execution of commercial real estate property sales in the greater Philadelphia metro area.
Before joining the company, Egan was senior associate for Rittenhouse Realty Advisors, where he oversaw underwriting and acquisition of multifamily, mixed-use, student housing, and development sites in the Philadelphia metro area. Meanwhile, Beyel served as a senior associate at Marcus & Millichap.
