Yardi Breeze releases new features to help clients acclimate to COVID-19
Yardi has released several enhancements to its property management software platform, Yardi Breeze, to help property managers adapt to the current stay-at-home orders and social distancing measures.
The upgraded Yardi Breeze includes tools that would be useful to clients working from home during the coronavirus pandemic.
These new updates include property websites, online state-based lease documents, customer relationship management, rent payment deferral, rent control, credit/debit card, ACH or PayNearMe walk-in payments, invoice processing and approval workflow, and job cost tracking.
