Newly appointed broker's "knowledge in underwriting and acquisitions makes him a valuable asset to the team"
Commercial mortgage brokerage GPARENCY has added real estate consultant Tzvi Rappaport pictured) to its team as a new senior broker.
Rappaport has extensive experience in acquisitions and underwriting, which will help GPARENCY with its deal flow, the company said in its press release. In 2020, Rappaport started his own underwriting company, which was involved in over $500 million worth of deals.
"We are thrilled to have Tzvi on board. His experience and knowledge in underwriting and acquisitions make him a valuable asset to our team," said Jack Charlap, chief revenue officer of GPARENCY. "We are confident that he will be instrumental in helping us continue to grow and provide our members with the best possible services."
"I am very excited to join GPARENCY as a broker. With my experience in underwriting and acquisitions, I understand the benefit of GPARENCY to an owner. As a seasoned professional in this field, I am confident that I can help GPARENCY clients by understanding their deals and helping them find the solutions that best meet their needs," Rappaport said.
The brokerage recently launched a new product that eliminates mortgage broker costs for borrowers. Instead, GPARENCY will charge the lenders the fees to make the process "more affordable and efficient" for all parties involved.
